Creating a Fictional brand and process book

Project Description:As part of the career and portfolio building course, I was required to pick my passion project as an independent study. Summertap, a fictional Canadian company, is a juice and smoothie bar that I opted to construct. The idea was to highlight my one-of-a-kind design. For this design, I produced a process book, which I found quite useful for capturing my design process and thought process as a designer from start to finish. The PDF includes the research for this project, the challenges I had while designing, the sketches and schedule, and the finished products.
